Consultation Services

In order to meet the questions and needs of all prospective clients, The Gransberry Law Firm, PLLC offers consultations in person, via telephone or email with Natasha L. Gransberry.  Should you retain our law firm within 30 days of the initial consultation we will give credit of the full consultation fee toward the overall cost of your case.  

THE CONSULTATION DOES NOT ESTABLISH AN ATTORNEY CLIENT RELATIONSHIP.  ONLY AN ADDITIONAL FEE AND SIGNED FEE AGREEMENT BY THE ATTORNEY AND CLIENT WILL ESTABLISH AN ATTORNEY CLIENT RELATIONSHIP.

2.  Complete the Intake Form

3.  Make a payment on the Paypal account.

4.  Fax the Intake Form or make a call the office.

5.  Schedule the Appointment (For In-Person and Telephone Consultations Only).

CONSULTATION DETAILS

E-Mail Consultations:

First, we will review your Intake Form to make sure that the information you provided is complete.  If necessary, a staff member will contact you via email to request additional information.  Second, we will send an e-mail consultation providing a general answer to your question.  Additionally, we will determine if you matter requires legal representation, whether you have a case, or if it is a legal matter our office handles.  Finally, we will send a final email concluding the consultation and confirming whether our office will make any future contact.

Telephone Consultations:

First, we will review your Intake Form to make sure that the information you provided is complete.  If necessary, a staff member will contact you to request additional information.  Second, we will contact The E-mail consultation will provide a general answer to your question.  Additionally, we will determine if you matter requires legal representation, whether you have a case, or if it is a legal matter our office handles.  Finally, we will send a final letter or email concluding the consultation and confirming whether our office will make any future contact.
