The Gransberry Law Firm, (GLF), PLLC ( is dedicated to providing services in all commercial and residential real estate transactions, probate and general contract matters. 

• REAL ESTATE LAW CONSULTS.  Online fees are a flat $125.00 for residential matters and $225 for commericial matters.  Documents and any correspondence pertaining to your case should be emailed or faxed.  After selecting our online consult service you will receive instructions on how to pay and submit your documents.  Online consult fees may be applied to certain flat fees for additional services (must be related to same mater).  In-office consults are $200.00 per hour with a two-hour minimum required.  You will receive an opinion letter directing you towards your legal options.  This fee does not include any document drafting or negotiation services.
• PROBATE LAW CONSULTS.  Online fees are a flat $25.00 to evaluate the next step and/or options for your probate matter.  This fee can be applied to any probate matter selected as long as it is for the same deceased person that is the subject of the consult.  You will receive an opinion letter identifying the probate options available.  This fee does not include any document drafting.
